AlignTwo (“we”, “us”) is operated by Acots Corporation, DLF Forum Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. This product helps you reflect on conversations and expectations before marriage. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the product, we may collect:

• Account information — such as your name and email address when you create an account.
• Assessment responses — answers you provide in the free assessment and any Marriage Map content generated from them.
• Conversation data — messages you send to the assistant, saved insights, and action items you choose to keep.
• Purchase records — product type, amount, currency, and payment status needed to unlock features or conversation credits. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• Technical data — basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service (for example session cookies for authentication).

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Provide the assessment, Marriage Map, and chat experience
• Personalise assistant responses using your map and saved context
• Manage conversation credits and purchases
• Secure the product and prevent abuse
• Respond to support requests you initiate

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your assessment or conversation content for advertising.

AI processing

When you use chat, your message and a normalised context object (such as your first name, assessment summary, Marriage Map classifications, and relevant saved items) may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response. We design this context layer so raw database records are not dumped into prompts.

Sharing

We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that help us operate the product (for example authentication, database hosting, and — when configured — an AI model provider or payment processor). These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect someone’s safety in an emergency.

Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. In Settings, you can delete assessment data, conversations, or request account deletion. Some billing or security records may be retained where legally required.

Security

Access to your assessment, map, and conversations is restricted to your authenticated account using database row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to protect your information with industry-standard practices.

Children

AlignTwo is intended for adults considering marriage. It is not directed at children under 18.
