Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through AlignTwo, operated by Acots Corporation, DLF Forum Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana 122002.

Digital products

AlignTwo sells digital access — including unlock of the Marriage Map and conversation credit packs. Because access is delivered immediately after a successful purchase, refunds are limited.

Marriage Map unlock

The Marriage Map unlock (currently ₹999) includes access to your full map and a set of included conversations. If you have not used any conversation credits and believe there was a billing error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.

Conversation packs

Conversation packs are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account, except where required by law or where a technical error prevented delivery of the credits you paid for.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged without receiving access, contact us with your account email and approximate purchase time. We will investigate and refund confirmed duplicate or failed deliveries.

• The email on your AlignTwo account
• Date of purchase
• A short description of the issue
