These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AlignTwo, a product operated by Acots Corporation, DLF Forum Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. By using the product, you agree to these terms.

What AlignTwo is

AlignTwo is a private clarity tool. It helps you reflect on conversations, expectations, and questions that may matter before marriage. It provides an assessment, a Marriage Map, and an optional AI companion.

The product is for personal, individual use. A partner does not need to create an account.

What AlignTwo is not

• Not therapy, counselling, or medical advice
• Not legal or financial advice
• Not a prediction of whether a marriage will succeed
• Not a compatibility or “should you marry” verdict

You remain responsible for your decisions. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing violence, coercion, or self-harm, seek appropriate emergency or professional support.

Accounts

You may begin the assessment without an account. Creating an account is required before unlocking your full Marriage Map and using chat. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Purchases and credits

Unlocking the full Marriage Map currently costs ₹999 and includes 3 conversations unless otherwise stated at checkout. Additional conversation packs may be offered. A “conversation” means a chat session or topic — not each individual message.

Prices and included credits may change; the amount shown at checkout applies to that purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access
• Use the product to harm, harass, or exploit others
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Submit content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share

AI responses

Assistant responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are offered as reflective guidance, not professional advice. Do not rely on them as a substitute for qualified counsel when decisions have significant legal, financial, or safety consequences.

Intellectual property

The AlignTwo name, product design, and original content belong to Acots Corporation or its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, Acots Corporation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including decisions you make about relationships or marriage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
